Over the last 23+ years, Nikeya has held various leadership, managerial and supervisory positions in logistics and program management for the U.S Army, Department of Navy, and aviation industry. Mrs. Gibbs served in the U.S Army Reserves for 13 years in various positions, including a tour in the Middle East. For the past 10 years Ms. Gibbs worked for the Department of the Navy. She was promoted to a senior civilian where she held lead roles for the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia, the largest Department of Defense acquisition program supporting three U.S. Services, seven Cooperative International Partners, and seven Foreign Military Sales customers. Her outstanding career in the private sector, civil servant and military demonstrated success leading people while managing complex projects.

Mrs. Gibbs graduated from Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Music and Military Science. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree at the University of New Haven. Her education and experience combine award-winning qualifications, coupled with energy, and focus that have enabled her to operate extremely effectively at the strategic and operational levels.

Mrs. Gibbs joins Foundation Surety & Insurance Solutions, LLC in the role of Chief Operating Officer, where she will focus on creating and establishing strategic relationships to enhance growth. Her motivation is predicated on making an economic impact by creating opportunities and eliminating barriers for small and emerging businesses in the underserved markets.
