Delmi has over 7 years of customer service experience as well as administrative experience. While working in these fields Delmi has held managerial experience, and catering to customers/clients. She’s also learned how to meet goals, and budgets, as well as staying organized to make sure that the job is done. 

With each day that she steps into the office she is very eager to learn something new. She has a keen eye for detail and enjoys solving the missing piece to the puzzle. Delmi’s goal with Foundation Surety is to aid in the growth and development of the company, and to always be a shoulder to lean on for her team. By joining the team, she wants to help small businesses succeed and become great!  

Delmi has an associate degree in Business Administration at Prince George’s Community College. She looks forward to furthering her education in Marketing. On her free time, she loves exploring, taking pictures, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
