This redevelopment is not just about brick and mortar—it’s about empowering our community. The commercial building is owned by Bo Menkiti of Menkiti RE Brokers, with retailers like Era Wine Bar and PennyRoyal Station adding vibrant energy to the area. And of course, Usource Construction did the heavy lifting, completing the SWM and infrastructure upgrades. We are proud of the work we’ve done and the legacy we’re creating together in Mount Rainier.
