Ricardo holds an A.A. Degree in Financial Accounting from the Community College of Baltimore County, with a focus on Taxation and Financial Accounting. Additionally, he earned an A.A. Degree in Computer Science Programming from Anne Arundel Community College, specializing in Java programming.
His career journey showcases his versatility and commitment to excellence. Most recently, at Nonna Angela’s, Ricardo played a pivotal role as Bartender/Bar Manager, where he also developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhanced the company’s online presence. His contributions extended to daily IT development and infrastructure management, alongside maintaining financial books and budgeting. Prior to this, Ricardo served as a Team Lead at Prescient Inc., where he excelled in contract development and sales team leadership, achieving record-breaking results at the state level.
